This policy explains what personal information Casa Tambora (“we”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers casatambora.com and, once it opens, our store.
What we collect today
- Your email address, when you join the list for the free starter pack, plus the date you signed up.
- Basic request logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use them only to keep the site running and secure.
We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics on this site right now.
How we use it
We use your email address to send the free starter pack when the store opens and, after that, about one email per new release. We never sell or rent your information.
When the store opens
Purchases will be processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for our orders. Paddle collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your card number. We will keep your account details, order history and license keys so you can re-download your purchases. This policy will be updated before the store opens to describe that in full.
Where your information is stored
Our site and email list run on Amazon Web Services in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred there.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Request logs are deleted after about 30 days.
Your choices and rights
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to support@casatambora.com.
- Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to how we use your information and to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Our site is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we'll tell you by email first.
