Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every pack. Because sample packs are digital files you keep once downloaded, refunds work a little differently from physical goods. Every product page has audio previews so you can hear exactly what you're buying.

Sample packs and preset banks

• Not downloaded yet: you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Already downloaded: purchases are final, because the files can't be returned.
• Faulty or not as described: if files are corrupted, missing or clearly different from the product page, tell us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you, even after download.

Plugins

Plugins come with a free trial so you can test them in your own setup first. After purchase, you can get a full refund within 14 days if the license has not been activated.

Customers in the EU and UK

You have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. At checkout we ask you to agree that your download can start right away; once it starts, that right ends. This doesn't affect refunds for faulty or misdescribed products.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@casatambora.com with your order number, or use the link in your receipt. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, and refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
